Netkin Corp. processes information about visits and inquiries to this website as described below. This policy is distinct from the privacy arrangements of the full MenuTour and FateFlow services.

We collect information you enter in the inquiry form and a record of consent. We use it to review and answer your inquiry and discuss the business or service you requested, not as consent to promotional messages.
Inquiry information is processed with consent under Article 15(1)(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act. Without consent, the online form cannot be submitted. Optional fields may be left blank.
This website does not provide registration, payments, birth-data entry or personal fortune analysis. Example selections run in your browser and are not submitted unless you separately include them in a message. Do not include identification numbers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive details.
Inquiry record retention: One year after receipt
Inquiry records are deleted when retention expires or a deletion request is fulfilled. Production storage uses automatic expiry; local storage uses scheduled cleanup. Electronic records containing personal information are removed from storage.
If another law requires retention, we identify the applicable law, information and period and restrict use to that purpose. E-commerce payment-record retention is not automatically applied to general inquiries on this site.
We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to partners or advertising companies. Any disclosure required by law or based on separate consent is limited to its applicable basis and scope.
Submissions are not automatically forwarded by email. An operator reviews stored inquiries and responds through the published company contact.
Online inquiries require separate consent to overseas processing and storage under Article 28-8(1)(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Without the separate checkbox, inquiry content is not sent. If you do not want to use this overseas processing route, contact us by phone instead. Contact the privacy channel below to withdraw consent or request deletion; withdrawal may limit further handling of the online inquiry.
You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Use the email or phone below and provide the request and the email or reference used for the inquiry. We verify only the information necessary to establish identity and authority.
We act within the period required by applicable law and explain the outcome. If legal retention obligations or another lawful restriction prevents fulfillment, we explain the reason and how to challenge it.
The website does not offer a feature for children under 14 to submit their own information. If we learn that a child’s information has been received, we take necessary steps such as verifying a legal representative or deleting the information.
This website does not use advertising trackers. It does not itself store personal information in cookies or local storage for language selection or examples. Hosting may process connection and security information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information.
The MenuTour film loads an external YouTube player when you choose to play it, which may transmit connection information to Google/YouTube. Displayed Instagram images may contact Meta servers. Opening Instagram or map links is subject to those services’ policies.
You can restrict or delete third-party cookies in your browser’s privacy settings; some external media may not work. Enlarging the static FateFlow implementation image does not send information to an external analysis service.

We collect your name, email address, inquiry type and message. Company or organization and optional details (restaurant type, locations and operations, product and customer categories, collaboration goals, interests, preferred date, group size, event type and budget) are collected only when provided.
We use this information to review and respond to inquiries and communicate about business, partnerships and services.
Retention period: One year after receipt
Inquiries are deleted from storage after the retention period.
The website runs on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in Upstash Redis in US East (Virginia). Submissions are not automatically forwarded by email. An operator reviews stored inquiries and replies using the published company email.
To limit spam and repeated requests, a hash of the connection address is used for up to 10 minutes. Inquiry content is not published on public pages or recorded in general application logs.
You may decline consent to collection and use, but you cannot submit the inquiry form without it.
